Capturing the light at the end of the day is another favourite of mine. Of course I appreciate classic sunsets, but I also like to keep an eye out for those rare and ephemeral moments when, at the end of a gray and miserable day, the clouds suddenly tear apart to let the setting sun struggle through. It is amazing that those few rays of light should suddenly turn a mass of gray uniform clouds into a dramatic, colourful, glowing sky.
